PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) APPLICANTS

The PTA Department utilizes a fully electronic application process.

The application window for Fall 2027 will be from 2/15/27- 4/15/27.  Only electronic applications received between February 15 and April 15 will be considered for admission into the PTA Program.

*Applications for Fall 2027 will be due on Thursday, April 15, 2027, by 11:59 pm (Pacific Time)

Please check the "Application Information" tab in January 2027 for the most updated instructions on how to submit your PTA application.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Beginning with the Spring 2027 application cycle the following changes will be in place:

• There will be an additional pre-requisite requirement for a 3-unit Medical Terminology course that must be completed before applying to the program.
• Anatomy & Physiology courses must have been completed within the past eight (8) years.
• Courses listed as Work in Progress (WIP) will no longer be accepted.  All prerequisite courses must be completed by the April 15 application deadline to be considered during the admissions review.
