Kim Abeles
Kim Abeles is an interdisciplinary artist that explores biography, geography, feminism, and environmentalism throughout her art. Abeles has created projects with various science and natural history museums, health departments, air pollution control agencies, the National Park Service, and other community organizations to bring to light current pressing environmental concerns. Abeles has exhibited in various schools across California, including CSU’s and UC’s. She has also exhibited in MOCA, LACMA, and has been featured in notable newspapers like The New York Times.
