The Cerritos College Cosmetology Salon is open to the general public and offers services in Cosmetology and Esthetics. Haircuts, hair coloring, waxing, and facial services are performed by students in the programs. Redken products in the salon include the All Soft, Clear Moisture, Color Extend, Color Extend Magnetics, Real Control, Curvaceous, and Smooth Lock collections.
The company was founded in 1960 and pioneered the "Scientific Approach to Beauty," and revolutionized the professional salon business by introducing the concept of protein reconditioning and developing new protein based products.
