Online Appointment System

SCHEDULE AppointmentS THROUGH NAVIGATE

To schedule a career counseling appointment for assistance with major and career decision-making or planning, please use Navigate. You can either select the Navigate tile on the single sign-on portal or go directly to the Appointment Schedulerwebpage (you may be prompted to sign into the portal first). Here are more detailed instructions on how to schedule an appointment online.

Appointments may be scheduled up to 8 days in advance. The system will not present appointments beyond 8 days.

You may choose to book your appointment as an in-person or a virtual (Zoom) appointment. 

If you need assistance with your resume or to prepare for a job interview, please call our office directly to schedule an appointment with our Student Employment Specialist: (562) 860-2451 ext. 2356. If you are an adult re-entry student returning to college after a break of three or more years, you may also call that number to schedule an appointment with our Re-entry Resource Specialist.

Office Hours:  

    • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm

    • Wednesday 8 am - 6 pm

    • Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
 
If no available appointments appear when searching for appointments in Navigate, that means all of our appointments have been booked for the next 8 days. Please try logging in the following workday to see appointments that will be available 8 days later. We appreciate your patience.
