Partnership for Adult Academic and Career Education

VISION STATEMENT: TO PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION IN PREPARING ADULTS IN THE SOUTHEAST LOS ANGELES REGION TO BE COLLEGE AND CAREER READY

The Partnership for Adult Academic and Career Education (PAACE) regional consortium is pleased to meet the needs of adult learners in Southeast Los Angeles. Due to the state’s severe budget shortfalls since 2008-09, the region is currently serving thousands fewer adult students than it once did. PAACE seeks to harness the passion of local school administrators to turn attention toward adults needing academic and career services. Seizing this opportunity to rethink and redesign adult education for the Southeast Los Angeles County region, the PAACE leadership has developed goals and activities that will build and enhance the level of services and programs currently being provided to adult learners in the region.
