Carla Yorke, ME - Ms. Yorke is the Program Facilitator for the Pathway Programs Department. She has coordinated various programs that have benefited the youth in the surrounding Cerritos College community. These programs have included the CA High School Exit Exam program, bridge programs for the Urban Teacher Fellowship, the Hispanic Serving Institute grant, and the Summer Youth Employment program. She is also responsible for facilitating the articulation process between the local K-12 school districts and the college, and for overseeing the activities for the CTE Collaborative Grant.

Her passion for working in education came when she was a director for SCORE! Educational Center in Los Angeles and Westminster, CA; it continued to develop when she worked on the Arts Education Grant program and Operation Read as a staff member for Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Studies, and a Masters in Education, both from the University of Southern California.
