CCFF Contract

Reopener Articles
Reopened articles approved by the Board of Trustees replace or supplement their respective articles found in the collective bargaining agreement.
The following were board approved on November 5, 2025:
- Article 4: Assignment - this reopener article supplements Article 4 from the primary contract
- Article 13: Temporary Part-Time Faculty - this reopener article supplements the primary contract
- Article 16: Evaluation - this reopener article replaces the article in the primary contract
Memorandum of Understanding
- Unit Modification Agreement - this MOU modified the CCFF unit to incorporate Child Development Center teachers into CCFF, AFT Local 6215.
