Dream Act: How to Provide Proof of Non-Filing

If you are selected for verification and need to provide proof of non-filing to the Financial Aid Office.

Follow one of these options.

  1. Provide a signed statement by parent(s) and/or student certifying that they did not work for the tax year requested by the Financial Aid Office.

    General Student Appeal

  2. Fill out IRS Form 4506-T: Verification of Non-Filing and fax or mail to the IRS. Return Statement of Non-Filing to the Financial Aid Office.
