Board Self-Evaluation

The Cerritos College Board of Trustees assesses its performance in order to identify its strengths and areas in which it may improve its functioning. To that end, the Board of Trustees performs an annual self-evaluation.  The results are used to identify accomplishments in the past year and goals for the following year.

Following the self-evaluation, the Board of Trustees drafts, reviews, and adopts goals for the following year. Since 2015, the Board of Trustees and President/Superintendent have aligned their goals into one document.
