THE TRANSFER CENTER DEPARTMENT WILL BE OFFERING VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS. WHEN YOUR SCHEDULING YOUR COUNSELING APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SELECT WHAT TYPE OF COUNSELING YOU PREFER, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH MORE INFORMATION.

Appointment Confirmation: As soon as the appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your appointment date, time and counselor name.

• VIRTUAL counseling appointments - You will receive an email from noreply@cerritos.edu  with your Zoom link the same day you scheduled your counseling appointment and you will receive a reminder email the evening before your scheduled appointment. 
• ON-CAMPUS counseling appointments - You will receive an email from donotreply@cerritos.edu  the same day you scheduled your counseling appointment and you will receive a reminder email the evening before your scheduled appointment. ALL ON-CAMPUS COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE TRANSFER CENTER located in the Administration Building Quad near the west entrance. All students, visitors, and vendors are required to check in at a prescreen kiosk station prior to coming to our office. Please note that a valid COVID vaccination card must be uploaded to the prescreen portal. If you are unvaccinated, you must submit a lab processed negative COVID test processed within 72-hours before visiting the Counseling Office.
