Transfer Center Counseling Appointments
Counseling appointments can be scheduled up to one week in advance and become available Monday-Friday at 12:00am. If you have any questions regarding scheduling a counseling appointment, please email us at email@example.com
STARTING MONDAY, AUGUST 2ND THE TRANSFER CENTER DEPARTMENT WILL BE OFFERING VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS. WHEN YOUR SCHEDULING YOUR COUNSELING APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SELECT WHAT TYPE OF COUNSELING YOU PREFER, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH MORE INFORMATION.
Appointment Confirmation: As soon as the appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your appointment date, time and counselor name.
- VIRTUAL counseling appointments - You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your Zoom link the same day you scheduled your counseling appointment and you will receive a reminder email the evening before your scheduled appointment.
- ON-CAMPUS counseling appointments - You will receive an email from email@example.com the same day you scheduled your counseling appointment and you will receive a reminder
email the evening before your scheduled appointment. ALL ON-CAMPUS COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS
WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE TRANSFER CENTER located in the Administration Building Quad
near the west entrance. Please make sure to arrive early to complete the COVID-19
screening. To be on-campus, you will be required to visit an on-site kiosk to complete
a COVID-19 screening, receive a wristband (you are required to wear while on-campus),
and ensure you are wearing a mask while indoors at all times. Visit our Return To

- If you are unable to make your on-campus appointment please contact the Transfer Center via the phone or email address on the side and your appointment will be adjust to a virtual appointment.
If you need a counselor to review your application to the university, virtual drop-in is available. Drop-in is a one-on-one sessions where a counselor can review your application. Students are seen on a first come first serve basis. For dates, times, and zoom links go to the application workshop page and click on the Application Virtual Drop-in tab.
