Cerritos College- Veterans Affairs Information Checklist

Prior Active Duty: Ch 30

  • DD 214 Copy Member-4
  • Meet with the VA counselor for an Ed Plan or an evaluation.
  • Submit a signed copy of the VA Regulations.
  • Sealed, Official Transcripts (if you are a transfer student)
  • Either fill out the Department of Veteran's affairs Online Application at www.gibill.VA.gov or print up the Ch 30 paper application and submit it in person.

 

Vocational Rehab: Ch 31

  • DD 214 Copy Member-4
  • Meet with the VA counselor for an Ed Plan or an evaluation.
  • Submit a signed copy of the VA Regulations.
  • Sealed, Official Transcripts (if you are a transfer student)
  • Either fill out the Department of Veteran's affairs Online Application at www.gibill.VA.gov or print up the Ch 31 paper application and submit it in person.

 

Post 9/11 GI Bill®: Ch 33
