Appointments may be made in person at Student Health Services or by phone during regular business hours.  If you cannot keep your appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule as soon aspossible.

SUMMER HOURS:

Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 4 pm
Closed on Fridays.

FALL & SPRING HOURS:

Monday: 8 am - 5 pm
Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm
Wednesday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
Friday: 8 am - 4 pm

Closed 12 pm to 1 pm daily.

Monday - Thursday: last patient to be seen at 2:30 p.m.
Friday: last patient to be seen at 1 p.m.

Please note: IF LABS ARE NEEDED TIMES FOR SERVICE ARE:

If you are unable to keep an appointment please call to reschedule to avoid a $10.00 No Show Fee

  • TB test must be 2-Step TB test
  • Polio is not requirement
  • Tdap (not Tetanus) within the past 10 years.
  • MMR and Varicella titers (childhood immunizations are not valid as adults)
  • Urine Drug Screen must be done at Student Health Center
  • Mumps titer $13.00
  • Hepatitis B vaccine (series of 3)  $40.00 each
  • MMR vaccine (series of 2) $75.00 each
  • Type of payment cash (exact amount)
    • No credit cards.
    • Payment is due on the day of services.

Tips to Remember for Your Appointment

In order to help you get the most out of your visit at Student Health Services, here are some tips to remember:

  • For same day health care, you may use the convenient walk-in clinic
  • Help save time, by scheduling your appointment
  • Be specific about the reason for your visit. This will allow you more time with your provider
  • Try to make your follow-up appointment with the same provider
  • Do not be late or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment
  • Bring a check or cash to cover any possible additional cost
