LGBTQ+ and Undocu Support Groups

  • The purpose of support groups is to offer and receive support from others with similar experiences. These groups are NOT "group therapy", and therefore, are not for processing underlying mental health symptoms.

3 Ways to Practice Mindfulness During Spring Semester:
