The Cerritos College Financial Aid Office is excited to introduce a new Online Check-In System called QLess to our students. This system will eliminate the need for students to sit in extremely long lines. QLess allows you to add yourself to the line from virtually anywhere.

You will receive notifications and text alerts, which will keep you informed about your approximate wait time for you to reach the front of the line.

Communicate easily with QLess Text Commands

Text Commands to update your status in line: 
  • L - Leave the Line - Use this command when you need to exit a particular line. 
  • S - Status Update - Use this command when you want an update of your wait time and place in line.  
  • M - More time - Use this command to request additional time if you can't be in the area. (Max 2 times) 
  • H - Help - Use this command to get additional assistance with QLess.
  • W - Switch - Use this command to switch from text to voice call updates.
  • N# - Notify me in XX minutes - Use this command to let QLess know when to send an alert.

NOTE:  Toward the end of each business day please arrive to the Financial Aid Office no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to closing, regardless of your estimated QLess time. Example: If the Financial Aid Office closes at 6:00pm you MUST be in the office no later than 5:30pm to guarantee your place in line.
