Early Success Program
Eligible first-time NEW to College Students who have never attended any college are required to complete SRT/GPT or ESL testing and Falcon Edge Orientation-counseling prior to enrollment.
Students who start college informed and prepared through EARLY assessment, orientation and counseling are more likely to be successful and to reach their educational goals.
Students may choose to participate in the Early Success Program (ESP) and receive the benefit of earlier enrollment. Students eligible for ESP must submit an admissions application for Fall 2020; take the SRT/GPT or ESL testing; and complete a Falcon Edge Orientation workshop-counseling by Friday, May 22nd to receive this benefit.

Starting Thursday, November 1st , 2019 students can submit a Fall 2020 application online
Complete the Self-Reporting Tool (SRT) or meet with a counselor before orientation-counseling. You will need a copy of your high school transcripts if you graduated from a U.S. high school within the last 10 years.
Dates and times to complete the SRT in the Assessment Center are available on their website at http://www.cerritos.edu/assessment-center/test-schedule.htm. Please refer to this site prior to your visit as office hours are subject to change.
Mid May - you may view your enrollment appointment for the Fall 2020 semester on MyCerritos; upon completion of the Early Success program receive an earlier appointment for Fall 2020 semester classes. Enrollment starts on June 8th.
First-time NEW to College Students applying for the fall semester who do not complete all the steps by Friday, May 22nd will not receive ESP early enrollment.
First-time NEW to College Students who do not complete SRT and Orientation-Counseling will not be able to enroll.
