Early Success Program (ESP)
Beginning Spring 2012, eligible first-time NEW to College Students who have never attended any college will be required to complete assessment and orientation-counseling prior to enrollment. Such students may choose to participate in the Early Success Program (ESP) and receive the benefit of earlier enrollment for fall semester classes, which will begin in August. Students eligible for ESP must submit an admissions application for Fall 2016; take assessments in English, reading and math; and complete orientation-counseling by Tuesday, June 7th to receive this benefit.

Starting Thursday, September 1st students can submit a Spring 2012 application in the Admission and Records Office, but is best done online at our CCCApply site.

Enrollment starts in mid-November. Starting Monday, October 17th, you may view your enrollment appointment for the Spring 2012 semester on MyCerritos.
First-time NEW to College Students applying for the spring semester who do not complete this program will not receive ESP early enrollment. Students who start college informed and prepared through early assessment, orientation and counseling are more likely to be successful and to reach their educational goals.
