CPTP is an initiative to build a community-based teacher pipeline that strengthens the teaching profession by increasing the number of Teachers of Color.

Program Highlights, CPTP students will:

Receive a stipend of $250 per semester (up to 4 semesters or the duration of the grant)

Receive guidance and inspiration from a teacher mentor, a success coach, and a community of peers and teachers

Explore Pre-K through Community College teaching, STEM Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education through workshops and classroom observation

Participate in social justice and equity learning opportunities
